What is the benefit of vermicompost?Vermicompost is an extremely nutritious compost for gardens and lawns. It improves seed germination and enhances seedling growth, increasing overall plant productivity. Vermicompost helps increase soil water retention, improves soil aeration, and anchor plant nutrients that would otherwise leach away with watering. Through the long-term use of vermicompost, soil fertility is enhanced and there is a significant reduction of the use and dependency of harmful chemicals. Even though vermicompost's nutritional value may vary depending on the organic waste that is used, its nutritional profile is overall higher when compared to traditional compost.

Do you provide bin liners for the food scrap bin? There is no need for bin liners as we swap your full Bio bin with a clean, fresh bin on each collection day.
